CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDES
Conference registration includes admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, panels, poster sessions, the exhibition, and refreshments.
Banquet
Due to a limited quota of the banquet, priority is given to the participants who complete the registration with full payment By Nov.15.2020 online.
To ensure your seat, please register as early as possible.

REFUND Policy
- Refund requests are for those who have registered and paid for OPTIC 2020 but are unable to attend the conference.
- There is a processing fee of NT$900 for each refund.
- All requests for refunds must be received by November 15, 2020; no refunds will be issued for cancellations occurring after this date.
